traffic signal designs, and two (2) temporary traffic signal
designs with cable routing plans for four (4) intersections.
R-2214A, US 25 in Henderson County, NC preparation of eight
(8) final traffic signal designs and ten (10) temporary traffic
signal designs. Designs were developed for use with metal
poles and 2070 controller equipment.
R-2907, NC 55 in Wake County, NC: preparation of traffic
signal designs and cable routing plans for four intersections.
Designs were developed for use with Mastarms, Metal poles,
Loop Emulation and 170 controller equipment.
R-0609 H, US 311 in Guilford County, NC: preparation of traffic
signal designs and cable routing plans for eleven Intersections.
Designs were developed for five (5) interchanges. Designs
were developed for use with wood poles and TS2 controller
equipment.

preparation of traffic signal designs, cable routing plans, and
utility make-ready plans for twenty two (22) intersections.
US 74/US 220 in Rockingham, Richmond County, NC:
developed and implemented closed loop signal system and
timebased signal system for these arterials.
US 158 in Kitty Hawk, Dare County, NC: developed and
implemented seasonal timing strategies and a closed loop
signal system on US 158.
US 29-74 in Gastonia, Gaston County, NC: developed
emergency timing Plans for the Gastonia Closed Loop
Signal System in conjunction with the Incident Management
Program for Interstate 85.
NC 51-US 521 in Pineville, Mecklenburg County, NC:
developed and implemented one of the states first Closed Loop
Signal Systems.
US 70 Corridor from Raleigh, Wake County, NC to Morehead
City, Carteret County, NC: developed and implemented volume
density timing strategies to improve traffic progression from
Raleigh to the beach.
